MY APPROACH

Health, Wellbeing, and Cognitive Behavioral Life Coaching

Each person is on their own journey, experiment, and time; we cannot compare our journey to someone else's. Our destinations are not always the same. Each of us is traveling in our own place and our own space. The idea is- Does your destination take you to a place and time, or are you wandering?

This is what wellness goals coaching is all about getting to a goal. Finding your destination. Finding your time or place? Your equation, so to speak. Pinpointing your road map and knowing what you are looking for and what that equation of healing, wholeness, and getting there holistically.
