I am proud to be a multi-racial LatinX Puerto Rican CEO and founder of FFT Helping Others and FFT Helping Others Counseling LLC, plus the founder of the National Domestic Violence Rally since 2019. I attended James Madison University for a degree in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Computer Programming; I have never stopped continuing my goals to aspire to work on my education as I strive for my Master's in Pastoral Counseling, and I am blessed to be Certified in Neuroplasticity through the University of Michigan currently. I am a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist Coach. I am certified as a Youth, and Mental Health aid, CDC Domestic Violence advocate, GGA Anti-Bullying Prevention, and my body is my Body Program. In addition, I have had the great opportunity to be certified as an NCHS Advanced Care Planning Human Trafficking and NCHS Public Health Aging Services, Certified in Non-Fatal Strangulation: Recognition of Injuries through OVCTTAC. Plus, a certified coach, an accredited Psychodynamic & Psychotherapist, and a Stress and anxiety manager.

      I am thankful to be a Global Good Will Ambassador for many years and a World Peace Ambassador, helping people worldwide and those in the United States. I have been a talk show host for Guidance to a Good Heart in the DMV area with MIXXSTATION Radio, which addresses domestic violence, Child Abuse, Human/Sex/Labor Trafficking, Sexual Assault, Bullying, and topics of worth. And, I can say that we are lucky we were blessed with so many panel speakers from around the world, even the UK. I am the author of a book for restoration and healing called "PLACE OF HEALING: Journey Journal and three Spanish Bilingual books for children.

       I have had the great opportunity to be a trained leader under my impressive church Journey Church in Orange City, Florida. I am truly passionate about my relationship with my church group under the praise and worship team and pastoral team. I believe in a holistic and fundamental approach to healing. I have dedicated my life to spreading and bringing awareness to church leaders about bringing proper awareness of mental health and cognitive behavioral issues to the forefront of the church body.

      I volunteer and provide services and training about domestic violence and human trafficking to my Latino and minority communities through restoration and healing.  And I have had the opportunity to help permanently moved our organization forward through disaster relief efforts, sending items to help others with the issues surrounding many families affected by the constant growing problems from Hurricane Maria, Hurricane Florence, Hurricane Dorian, and many other natural disasters.

     I am a proud mom of two sons, Luis who is a US ARMY military veteran who is now fulfilling his dream of continuing as a mechanic. And, Joseph that although he has scoliosis and has had trauma in his spine he is attending college and fulfilling his dream of becoming a plumber and a journeyman. He is also stepping into his mother's shoes to achieve his first novel as an author.
